Sitar is one of the two most popular Indian restaurants in Tamarin, Black River. Despite they are part of the Indian restaurant chain, the restaurant in Tamarin is much more like a family-treated restaurant with a careful approach. The owners are very polite, open-minded, and amiable.

For our founders' personal taste (US-EU), we recommend trying the following dishes from Sitar "as a must":
- Butter Chicken (with gravy and naans) 🫕🍗🫓
- Paneer Makhanwala (with cheese, gravy, and naans) 🫕🧀🫓
