How it works

1. When you are ready to order food, groceries, medicine, flowers, gas tank or anything in your city, just message us via WhatsApp by clicking the button on our website or directrly at +230 5711 0755.

2. We will ask for your location, name, place to order from, and the list of items for the order through WhatsApp conversation.

3. We will take care of everything else, ensuring you'll receive your order hot (statistically, within an hour, including cooking time).

4. You will pay on the delivery by cash, Juice, or PayPal.

Coverage

At the moment, our food delivery service is available in the following two areas of Mauritius:

Flic en Flac area:
• Flic en Flac city;
• Cascavelle business park;
• Cascavelle village.

Tamarin area:
• Tamarin city;
• Black River city;
• Tamatina village.

Delivery fees

Our fees are based on the order cost:
• Rs300 (if the order < Rs1,000);
• Rs400 (if the order < Rs2,000);
• Rs500 (if the order < Rs3,000);
• etc.

Beyond that:
• +$1 tips for non-residents;
• +Rs200 for Cascavelle Village;
• +Rs200 for TamarinA Golf Countryside;
• x2 fee for the night deliveries after 9:15pm.

Payment methods

We accept cash, Juice, or PayPal.

Please note that if you don't have a PayPal account but have a VISA, Master Card, or American Express card, you can register on PayPal, attach the card, and make a payment via PayPal.

Moreover, if you are our regular customer (i.e., a Grubmates Prime member), you can pay next day.

Beyond that, if you stay at apartments or hotels partnering with us, you can order delivery in advance to be delivered and paid for by your arrival.
