Melanzana

Melanzana is one of the European cuisine restaurants in Tamarin Black River. It is a smaller branch of the big Italian restaurant in Flic en Flac with the same owner. The owner and personnel are very kind, polite, and honest. When we left our purse on one of the tables and got back in two hours, it turned out that they found it, kept it in the safe, and returned it with care. That attitude speaks for itself.

For our founders' personal taste (US-EU), we recommend trying the following dishes from Melanzana "as a must":
- Cesar Salad (with chicken) 🍕🥗
- Quatre Formaggio Pizza (with roquefort, swissen, mozarella, provolone) 🧀🍕
