Medium Rare

Medium Rare is the best and only steakhouse in Tamarin, Black River. With the decades of experience the chef-owner of the restaurant cooks the top stakes, beef and ribs. Moreover, he is an amiable and generous neighbor.

For our founders' personal taste (US-EU), we recommend trying the following dishes from Medium Rare "as a must":

- Blue Cheese salad (with grilled mushrooms) 🧀🍄‍🟫🥗
