Pure (Frutti Swirl)

Pure (rebranded from Frutti Swirl) is a healthy food cafe in Tamarin, Black River. Originally launched as an ice cream and shakes cafe, they pivoted to a healthy food cuisine. That healthy food with low calories but high protein and fiber made them very unique, not just in Tamarin but in Mauritius itself. The place is very popular for its healthy lunchboxes, protein shakes, and smoothies. The owner and personnel are very friendly and polite.

For our founders' personal taste (US-EU), we recommend trying the following dishes from Pure (ex Frutti Swirl):
- Chicken Pesto Panini (with chicken breast, pesto, and mozzarella) 🐓🧀🥪
- Thai Chicken Weap (with chicken, vegetables, and peenaut dressing) 🐓🍅🌯
