Yuan is a bubble tea house in Cascavelle Mall, Flic in Flac. It's a family-owned place with one of the best bubble teas in Mauritius, along with a great noodle food kitchen.

For our founders' personal taste (US-EU), we recommend trying the following dishes from Yuan "as a must":
- Blubbery Bubble Tea (no sugar, less ice, with pearls) 🫐🧋
- Fried noodles (with chicken) 🍗🍜
