Melanzana

Melanzana is one of the European cuisine restaurants in Flic en Flac with the most extended working hours available. It is one of the rare places in the city where you can have dinner from morning till night every day. The owner and personnel are very kind, polite, and honest. When we left our purse on one of the tables and got back in two hours, it turned out that they found it, kept it in the safe, and returned it with care. That attitude speaks for itself.

For our founders' personal taste (US-EU), we recommend trying the following dishes from Melanzana "as a must":

- Pasta Ricotta (with spinach, cheese, and mushrooms) 🍝🥬🧀
