Il Padrino

Il Padrino is one of the best Italian restaurants in Flic en Flac, Mauritius. Originally launched in Tamarin many years ago, it became famous as a luxurious Italian restaurant for high-income gourmands on the island. The restaurant relocated to Flic en Flac in 2026. That is one of the best places in Flic en Flac to take your launch (extended menu available from 12pm to 5pm) and dinner. The restaurant is owned and managed by an Italian-Mauritian family of professional restaurateurs and chefs.

For our founders' personal taste (US-EU), we recommend trying the following dishes from Il Padrino "as a must":
- Peperosa Lunch Starter (with burrata, grilled peppers, and basil ) 🧀🌿🫑
- Palermo Gluten-free Pizza (with truffle cream, mozzarella, mushrooms, burrata, and turkey ham) 🧀🍄‍🟫🍕
