Black Salt

Black Salt is a new steakhouse in Flic en Flac at Cascavelle Mall. The restaurant specialises in steaks and European food. Its owner (and the chef) is a well-known serial restaurateur who runs multiple places in the west of Mauritius.

For our founders' personal taste (US-EU), we recommend trying the following dishes from Black Salt:
- Caesar Salad (with chicken) 🍗🥗
- Tomahawk Steak (with blue cheese sauce and fries ) 🥩🍟
